All Time Plastics Limited was established in 2001 and is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with roots in the plastics business dating back to 1971. It works in the consumer goods manufacturing sector, producing plastic houseware products.
The company manufactures plastic consumerware across eight product categories, including kitchen tools, storage containers, organizers, hangers, dinnerware, cleaning products and bathroom accessories, offering 1,848 SKUs as of March 2025. It operates on a dual-channel model: white-label manufacturing for global retailers such as IKEA, Asda, Michaels and Tesco under a B2B arrangement, and B2C sales in India under its own "All Time" brand through modern trade, super distributors and general trade networks. IKEA, its largest customer for over 27 years, accounted for about 59.29% of FY25 revenue. It operates three manufacturing units at Manekpur (Gujarat), Silvassa (Dadra and Nagar Haveli) and Daman. The promoters are Kailesh Punamchand Shah, Bhupesh Punamchand Shah and Nilesh Punamchand Shah.
Revenue from operations rose from Rs 443.49 crore in FY23 to Rs 512.85 crore in FY24 and Rs 558.17 crore in FY25, with profit after tax rising from Rs 28.27 crore in FY23 to Rs 44.79 crore in FY24 and Rs 47.29 crore in FY25, as per the RHP. The IPO was a mainboard book-built issue of about Rs 400.60 crore on the NSE and BSE, comprising a fresh issue of about Rs 280 crore (1,01,81,818 shares) and an offer for sale of about Rs 120.60 crore (43,85,562 shares), priced at Rs 260-275 per share, and it listed on 14 August 2025. Net proceeds from the fresh issue were earmarked for purchase of equipment and machinery for the Manekpur facility (about Rs 113.71 crore), repayment or prepayment of certain outstanding borrowings (about Rs 143 crore), and general corporate purposes.
