Mahesh Kumar Dhir and T.C. Spinners Private Limited are the promoters of the company.
T.C. Terrytex makes terry towels and home textiles out of North India. They handle everything in-house — spinning, weaving, finishing — which keeps quality tighter than a typical outsourced setup and helps margins. Most of their revenue comes from exports to the US and Europe, where they supply large retail chains they've worked with for years. They also sell domestically, though that's a smaller piece of the business for now.
Their products carry OEKO-TEX and GOTS certifications, which is basically a requirement for getting into serious international retail these days. The range is broad — bath towels at the premium end, kitchen linen at the functional end — so they're not dependent on a single category.
On the growth side, they're putting money into automation and water recycling to cut costs and scale up. The other bet is building a brand in India's home segment, which has been growing but is still a different game from bulk export contracts.
