Travel Food Services Limited was incorporated in 2007 and is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. It works in the airport hospitality sector, operating travel quick service restaurants (Travel QSR) and airport lounges.
The company runs a food and beverage brand portfolio of 117 in-house and partner brands, operating 397 Travel QSR outlets across 14 airports in India and 3 airports in Malaysia, as of June 2024, alongside a lounge business serving airport travelers. According to CRISIL, it held a 24% share of India's airport Travel QSR market and a 45% share of the airport lounge segment in FY24, with a 92% contract retention rate. Its longest-standing airport relationships include 15 years at Mumbai Airport and 14 years at Delhi Airport. The promoters are SSP Group PLC and related SSP entities, along with the Kapur Family Trust, Varun Kapur and Karan Kapur.
Revenue from operations rose 30.85% to Rs 1,396.32 crore in FY24 from Rs 1,067.15 crore in FY23, as per the DRHP. The IPO was a mainboard book-built issue of about Rs 2,000 crore on the NSE and BSE, structured entirely as an offer for sale by the Kapur Family Trust, priced at Rs 1,045-1,100 per share, and it listed on 14 July 2025. As the offer was entirely an offer for sale, the company did not receive any proceeds from the issue, with the entire amount going to the selling shareholder.
