Nine IPOs including Dhoot Transmission, Milky Mist, Shiprocket, and Molbio Diagnostics open this week targeting ₹7,700 crore. Eight companies including LEAP India are also listing. Full IPO calendar for August 10–14, 2026.
The primary market is not taking a breather anytime soon. The week starting August 10, 2026 sees nine new IPOs hitting the market five mainboard and four SME collectively looking to raise nearly ₹7,700 crore. Alongside these, eight companies are also scheduled to list on the exchanges during the same period.
Here's a quick look at everything opening and listing this week.
IPOs Opening This Week
Dhoot Transmission kicks things off with the biggest ticket of the week a ₹3,067 crore issue opening August 10. The electrical and electronics manufacturer is a key supplier to the two-wheeler and three-wheeler industry, making its fortunes closely tied to auto sector demand.
Also opening on August 10 is Molbio Diagnostics, which plans to raise ₹940 crore. The Goa-based molecular diagnostics company has grown steadily but depends heavily on a concentrated set of clients including government bodies and international aid agencies a risk worth noting.
Milky Mist Dairy Food opens on August 11 with a ₹1,553 crore issue a combination of a fresh issue of ₹1,428 crore and an OFS of ₹125 crore. The price band is fixed at ₹133–₹140 per share with a lot size of 107 shares. The dairy brand is well-known in South India and has been expanding its national footprint steadily over the years.
Shiprocket follows on August 12 with a ₹1,617 crore IPO comprising a fresh issue of ₹885 crore and an OFS of ₹732 crore. The e-commerce logistics platform has been one of the more anticipated startup IPOs this year, though investors should keep in mind the company has reported losses in recent periods.
Rounding out the mainboard segment is Behari Lal Engineering with a ₹302 crore issue. The company operates in the iron and steel space, a sector known for raw material volatility and sensitivity to global economic conditions.
On the SME side, four companies are collectively looking to raise around ₹203 crore across the NSE Emerge and BSE SME platforms through the week.
8 Companies Listing This Week
Eight companies are set to make their stock market debut this week, including Ardee Industries, Technocraft Ventures, and LEAP India, among others. LEAP India the KKR-backed supply chain and asset-pooling company is among the more closely watched listings, with its shares expected to trade on BSE and NSE from August 14.
For investors who applied in these IPOs, allotment credits and refunds are expected to process through August 12–13, with trading beginning on listing day.
What to Keep in Mind
It's a packed week but that doesn't mean every IPO is worth jumping into. A few things worth checking before applying what the fresh issue money will actually be used for, how the company has performed financially over the last two to three years, and how its valuation compares to already-listed peers in the same sector.
With more than 80 IPOs already hitting Dalal Street in 2026 and a large pipeline still in the queue, the market clearly has appetite. The key is picking the right ones.
