Incorporated in 2016, Alpine Texworld Limited has steadily grown into a prominent, vertically integrated player within India’s textile ecosystem. Headquartered in the major manufacturing hub of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, the company bridges essential production gaps by combining high-capacity spinning, yarn sizing, and advanced air-jet weaving operations under its core framework.
The operational heartbeat of the company relies on its technologically advanced manufacturing units. Utilizing high-speed automated machinery from leading global brands like Toyota and Picanol, the facilities boast an annual spinning capacity of 6,000 metric tonnes of cotton and blended yarn, alongside an impressive aggregate weaving capability of 276 lakh meters of grey fabric per annum, boosted by its strategic subsidiary Alpine Cottweave LLP. To optimize its factory overheads and embrace clean industrial growth, the enterprise operates its own green energy vertical, featuring an 820 KW rooftop solar unit and a 5.4 MW ground-mounted solar plant in Banaskantha.
Led by veteran promoters Sandeep Santkumar Agrawal and Sumit Champalal Agarwal, Alpine Texworld has achieved significant financial momentum, recording a total income of ₹237.66 crore alongside a net profit (PAT) of ₹8.63 crore for Fiscal 2025.
