Dudani Retail Limited was incorporated in December 2015 and is headquartered in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It works in the apparel sector, designing, manufacturing, sourcing and supplying fashion products.
The company operates through its own women's ethnic and fusion wear brand, Divena, offering kurtas, suit sets, dresses, sarees and co-ord sets, alongside its Millennial Men brand for men's apparel and the Cosse label for lifestyle and personal care products traded selectively. It also manufactures under licensed arrangements for labels including Kalini, Corsica, Roadster, Anouk Rustic, All About You and Here & Now, and supplies products to a quick-commerce platform. Manufacturing takes place from a rented facility in Jaipur, where cutting, stitching, finishing, quality control and dispatch are handled in-house, while dyeing, printing and embroidery are outsourced to third parties. The promoters are Akshay Dudani and Charu Dudani.
Revenue rose to Rs 25.29 crore in FY25 from Rs 25.13 crore in FY24, with profit after tax rising to Rs 1.78 crore in FY25 from Rs 0.99 crore in FY24, as per the DRHP filed on March 31, 2026. The IPO is an SME fixed-price issue of about Rs 10.54-11 crore on the BSE SME platform, structured mainly as a fresh issue of 36,36,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, priced at Rs 29 per share, with subscription scheduled for September 25-29, 2026 and a tentative listing date of October 5, 2026. Net proceeds are proposed to be used for capital expenditure on machinery for expansion and upgradation of the manufacturing facility (about Rs 0.79 crore), repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings (about Rs 3 crore), and meeting working capital requirements (about Rs 3.97 crore).
