Peshwa Wheat Limited was earlier a partnership firm before it was converted into a public limited company on December 26, 2023. It is headquartered in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and works in the wheat and flour processing sector.
The company processes wheat-based products including atta (wheat flour), sortex wheat and broken wheat, along with gram flour (besan) and maize flour, supplied mainly in 50 kg and 30 kg packaging. It also trades in vegetables such as potatoes and tomatoes. By-products such as wheat bran generated during processing are used for cattle feed, allowing the unit to operate with zero waste and zero discharge. The company operates an integrated flour processing facility in Indore with an installed capacity of 56,100 metric tonnes per annum, and sells in a B2B model through super stockists to wholesalers and retailers across Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Gujarat. The company is promoted by Rahat Ali Saiyed, Sadaf Saiyed, Shehnaj, Mohammed Jed and Riyazuddin Qureshi.
Total income rose to Rs 171.55 crore in FY25 from Rs 43.81 crore in FY24 and Rs 14.19 crore in FY23, while profit after tax rose to Rs 11.84 crore in FY25 from Rs 5.21 crore in FY24 and Rs 0.53 crore in FY23. This is an SME IPO, proposed to be listed on the BSE SME platform, with subscription dates of September 24 to 28, 2026. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of up to 55,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, with no offer-for-sale component and the price band yet to be announced. Finaax Capital Advisors Private Limited is the book running lead manager and Maashitla Securities Private Limited is the registrar of the issue.
