The company sells decorative wall panels and PVC-based decorative laminates for residential and commercial use under the "Euro Pratik" and "Gloirio" brands, marketed as antibacterial, antifungal and made partly from recycled materials. As of March 2025, it offered more than 30 product categories and over 3,000 designs, having launched 113 product catalogues over four years, and held about a 15.87% revenue share in India's organized decorative wall panel segment, according to a Technopak report cited in the RHP. It sold through a network of 180 distributors across 25 states and five union territories, and its top five distributors accounted for about 26% of FY25 revenue. The IPO was a mainboard book-built issue of about Rs 451.31 crore on the NSE and BSE, structured entirely as an offer for sale of 1,82,75,007 equity shares by the promoters, priced at Rs 235-247 per share, and it listed on 23 September 2025. As the offer was entirely an offer for sale, the company did not receive any proceeds from the issue, with the entire amount going to the selling shareholders.
