The promoters of the company are Vijay Surana, Suyash Surana and Chavi Jain
Grand Housing Private Limited was incorporated in June 2004 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The company works in real estate and construction, focused on residential and commercial property development in and around Chennai over the past two decades.
In July 2025, shareholders approved converting the company from a private to a public limited entity. The Registrar of Companies issued the certificate of incorporation for the renamed Grand Housing Limited in August 2025 — a step taken in preparation for its SEBI IPO filing.
The authorised share capital stands at ₹50 crore, with a paid-up capital of ₹39.90 crore. Active loan charges on record with the MCA total ₹71.98 crore, while closed loans amount to ₹105 crore — indicating the company has relied on debt to fund its projects over the years.
On the financials, FY2023 was a strong year — revenue grew 114% and profit jumped 459%, with net worth rising 38%. The company has four material subsidiaries: Ultra Magnum Private Limited, Keros Agro Tech Private Limited, Kirat Agro Tech Private Limited, and Winsun Properties Private Limited.
