Headquartered in Ludhiana, the company operates three strategically located manufacturing facilities and has built a diverse product portfolio of over 1,000 SKUs spanning wire rods, hot-rolled coils, ERW pipes & tubes, MS billets, and scaffolding solutions.
What sets Renny Strips apart is its vertically integrated business model. By producing intermediate products like MS billets in-house, the company keeps quality tight, costs lean, and supply chains resilient a rare edge in today's volatile steel market.
The numbers tell a compelling story. In FY25, net profit surged over 71% year-on-year to ₹19.7 crore, and for the first half of FY26, the company posted revenues of ₹487.8 crore with a profit of ₹23.7 crore.
Now, Renny Strips is ready for its next big chapter. The company has filed its DRHP with SEBI for a ₹300 crore IPO, with proceeds earmarked for capacity expansion, a new manufacturing unit, and debt reduction.
