Indogulf Cropsciences Limited was incorporated in 1993 and is headquartered in Delhi. It works in the agrochemicals manufacturing sector.
The company manufactures and markets crop protection products, plant nutrients, and biologicals, with crop protection products accounting for around 95% of FY24 revenue. Its products are sold domestically and exported to 34 countries, and the company holds "Two Star" export house recognition. As of August 31, 2024, its distribution network comprised 169 institutional business partners, 5,772 domestic distributors, 17 stock depots, six sales and branch offices, and 129 overseas business partners.
On a restated basis, revenue from operations rose from Rs 487.21 crore in FY22 to Rs 549.66 crore in FY23 to Rs 552.23 crore in FY24, while profit after tax moved from Rs 26.36 crore to Rs 22.42 crore to Rs 28.23 crore over the same period. The IPO was a mainboard, book-built issue of Rs 200 crore, comprising a fresh issue aggregating up to Rs 160 crore and an offer for sale of up to 36,03,603 equity shares aggregating up to Rs 40 crore, at a price band of Rs 105 to Rs 111 per share, listed on the BSE and NSE. As per the RHP, net proceeds from the fresh issue were proposed to be used for repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings (about Rs 34.1 crore), funding working capital requirements (about Rs 65 crore), and setting up a dry flowable plant in Barwasni, Haryana (about Rs 14 crore), with the balance for general corporate purposes.
