Propshop Events and Exhibitions Limited was incorporated as a private limited company in Mumbai in August 2019 and converted to a public limited company in February 2025. It works in the exhibition and trade show services sector, within the broader MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) industry.
The company designs and builds custom and modular exhibition booths, with services spanning concept design, 3D visualization, project management, logistics, on-site supervision, fabrication, installation, and post-event dismantling. Its clients span industries such as industrial machinery and equipment, building materials, furnishing and décor, chemicals, media and entertainment, healthcare and cosmetics, and food and beverages. The company has a presence in India along with working relationships with local teams in markets including the US, UK, Dubai, Germany, Spain, and Singapore. Prathamesh Shantaram Pusalkar and Aarti Prathamesh Pusalkar are the promoters.
On a restated basis, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs 51.52 crore and profit after tax of Rs 6.32 crore in FY25. The IPO is a book-built SME issue comprising a fresh issue of up to 32.90 lakh equity shares and an offer for sale of up to 8 lakh equity shares by the promoters, together aggregating up to 40.90 lakh shares, proposed for listing on NSE Emerge. As per the DRHP, net proceeds from the fresh issue are proposed to be used for funding working capital requirements (about Rs 15.50 crore) and general corporate purposes.
