Lohia Corp Limited is based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, and manufactures machinery and equipment used in the technical textile industry. The Lohia business has operated in this segment since 1981. The present entity was incorporated in June 2023 as Kanpur Packaging Machines Limited and was renamed Lohia Corp Limited in June 2024 under a scheme of arrangement. The promoters are Raj Kumar Lohia, Gaurav Lohia, and Amit Kumar Lohia.
The company makes machines used to produce polypropylene (PP) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) woven fabric and sacks, known in the industry as raffia. Its product range covers tape extrusion lines, circular looms, winders, lamination and conversion machinery, and multifilament yarn machines. Customers are woven plastic packaging manufacturers in India and overseas. As per the DRHP, it held a 40.7 percent share of the Indian woven raffia machinery market by value in FY25 and a 15.4 percent global share by value in CY2024, based on a Frost and Sullivan report. As on March 31, 2025, it operated six manufacturing facilities across India, the United States, and Italy.
The company reported revenue of Rs 1,717 crore in FY26 against Rs 1,386.47 crore in FY25. Profit after tax was Rs 193.5 crore in FY26 against Rs 117.84 crore in FY25. The mainboard IPO is entirely an offer for sale of 2.59 crore equity shares by the selling shareholders. Since there is no fresh issue, the company will not receive any proceeds, and the entire amount goes to the selling shareholders. Shares are to list on the NSE and BSE.
