Regaal Resources Limited was incorporated in 2012 and is headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal. It works in the agro-processing sector, manufacturing maize-based starch and specialty starch products.
The company manufactures native and modified maize starch, co-products such as gluten, germ and fibre, and food-grade products including maize flour, icing sugar, custard powder and baking powder. Its manufacturing facility in Kishanganj, Bihar spans about 54 acres with a zero liquid discharge system and a crushing capacity of 750 tonnes per day as of FY25, along with warehousing capacity for 65,000 tonnes of maize. It served 261 customers in FY25 through direct sales, dealers and distributors, including clients such as Emami Paper Mills, Century Pulp & Paper and Genus Paper Board, with domestic sales accounting for about 93% of revenue. The promoters are Anil Kishorepuria, Shruti Kishorepuria, Karan Kishorepuria and BFL Private Limited.
Revenue from operations rose from Rs 488.7 crore in FY23 to Rs 601.1 crore in FY24 and Rs 917.6 crore in FY25, with profit after tax rising from Rs 16.75 crore in FY23 to Rs 22.14 crore in FY24 and Rs 47.67 crore in FY25, as per the RHP. The IPO was a mainboard book-built issue of about Rs 306 crore on the NSE and BSE, comprising a fresh issue of Rs 190 crore and an offer for sale of up to 90,00,000 equity shares by the promoters, priced at Rs 96-102 per share, and it listed on 19 August 2025. Net proceeds from the fresh issue were earmarked mainly for repayment or prepayment of certain outstanding borrowings (about Rs 159 crore), with the balance for general corporate purposes.
