The company is a technology-driven production house engaged in originating, creating, developing, producing, marketing, and distributing commercial films, television serials, and web series, with activities spanning script development, production, intellectual property creation, rights monetization, and distribution. Its filmography includes titles such as Aankhen, Waqt, Namaste London, Force, and The Kerala Story. The company was founded by producer-director Vipul Amrutlal Shah, and the promoters are Vipul Amrutlal Shah, Shefali Vipul Shah, Aryaman Vipul Shah, and Maurya Vipul Shah.
The IPO is a mainboard, book-built issue of 78,37,191 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, comprising a fresh issue of about 48 lakh shares aggregating up to Rs 172.80 crore and an offer for sale of about 30 lakh shares aggregating up to Rs 109.34 crore by promoters Vipul Amrutlal Shah and Shefali Vipul Shah, with a price band of Rs 342 to Rs 360 per share, proposed for listing on the BSE and NSE. As per the DRHP, net proceeds from the fresh issue are proposed to be used for funding working capital requirements (about Rs 94 crore), with the balance for general corporate purposes.
