Vivekanand Cotspin Limited is headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. It works in the textiles sector, engaged in the ginning and processing of cotton and the spinning of cotton yarn.
The company processes raw cotton through ginning and pressing, and spins cotton yarn used further in the textile value chain. It is based out of Ahmedabad and operates within Gujarat's cotton and textile manufacturing belt. The promoters are Nirav Bharatbhai Patel, Jasmin Vishnubhai Patel, Bharatbhai Prahaladbhai Patel, Vishnubhai Prahaladdas Patel, Gautam Bharatkumar Patel, Ranjanben Bharatbhai Patel and Kapilaben Vishnubhai Patel, along with the B P Patel Family Trust and V P Patel Family Trust.
Revenue rose to about Rs 409.32 crore in FY26 from Rs 290.94 crore in FY25, while profit after tax was about Rs 3.69 crore in FY26, compared with Rs 4.07 crore in FY25, as per the DRHP. The IPO is an SME book-built issue of Rs 24.05 crore on the BSE SME platform, structured entirely as a fresh issue of 65,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, priced at Rs 32-37 per share, with subscription scheduled for September 21-23, 2026 and a tentative listing date of September 28, 2026. Net proceeds are proposed to be used for prepayment or repayment of certain outstanding borrowings (about Rs 8 crore) and funding capital expenditure for the purchase and installation of plant and machinery (about Rs 6.51 crore), with the balance for other objects including general corporate purposes.
