AceVector Limited (formerly known under the Snapdeal group structure, renamed AceVector in 2022) is headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana. It works in the e-commerce sector as a holding company for a digital commerce ecosystem.
The company houses three businesses: Snapdeal, a value-focused lifestyle e-commerce marketplace founded in 2010 that draws over 80% of its orders from non-metro buyers; Unicommerce, an e-commerce enablement SaaS platform acquired in 2015 and separately listed on Indian exchanges since 2024; and Stellaro Brands, a consumer brands platform. Snapdeal delivered 13 million units in the first half of FY26, up 46% year-on-year, with fashion, home and general merchandise, and beauty and personal care categories together contributing 94% of its net merchandise value. The company has also grown through acquisitions such as Shipway and Convertway. It is led by co-founders Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal, who together with promoter entity Starfish I Pte Ltd form the promoter group; other major shareholders include SoftBank, Nexus Venture Partners and eBay Singapore Services.
AceVector's operating revenue rose 35% to about Rs 244 crore in the first half of FY26 from Rs 181 crore in the first half of FY25, while its net loss narrowed by 80% to about Rs 22.4 crore from Rs 110.3 crore over the same period, as per the RHP. The IPO is a mainboard book-built issue on the NSE and BSE, comprising a fresh issue of about Rs 287 crore and an offer for sale by existing shareholders including SoftBank and Nexus, with the price band yet to be announced; founders Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal are not participating in the offer for sale. Net proceeds from the fresh issue are proposed to be used for marketing and business promotion of the Snapdeal marketplace, strengthening technology infrastructure, inorganic growth through acquisitions, and general corporate purposes.
