Swastika Infra Limited was incorporated in August 2019 and is headquartered in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It works in the power infrastructure sector as an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company specialising in power distribution projects.
The company provides end-to-end turnkey solutions covering procurement, supply, erection, installation, testing and commissioning of power infrastructure, including underground and overhead cabling work to enhance transmission efficiency and reduce power losses, along with the sale of electrical products. Many of its projects are funded by central and state governments or backed by the World Bank. The company is led by Babulal Gupta as Chairman and Vinay Gupta as Managing Director, with Ruchira Gupta as a Whole-time Director. The promoters are Babulal Gupta, Vinay Gupta, Ruchira Gupta, Biren Parnami, Manoj Modi and Vatsalya Gupta, who together held about 84% of the company before the offer.
Total income grew from Rs 59.5 crore in FY22 to Rs 211.33 crore in FY24, with PAT margins in the range of 6-7% over this period, as per the DRHP filed on March 30, 2025. The IPO is a mainboard book-built issue on the NSE and BSE, comprising a fresh issue of up to Rs 200 crore and an offer for sale of up to 19,20,000 equity shares by promoters Vinay Gupta, Ruchira Gupta, Biren Parnami and Manoj Modi, along with shareholders Ishaan and Ishita Bhartia, with the price band yet to be announced. Net proceeds from the fresh issue are proposed to be used for funding incremental working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.
