Anawil Wire and Engineering Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited company on January 2, 2021 and converted to a public limited company in February 2025. It is headquartered in Pardi, Vapi, in Valsad district, Gujarat, and works in the steel fabrication sector for renewable energy infrastructure.
The company manufactures and fabricates tubular steel windmill towers for wind turbine OEMs and renewable energy developers, having shifted its focus from weldmesh and general industrial fabrication to the wind tower business since 2023. The towers, reaching heights of up to 140 metres, are manufactured in multiple sections using heavy steel plates and welding processes. The company operates two manufacturing facilities, in Koppal, Karnataka, and Kutch, Gujarat, spread across 48.05 acres with a combined installed capacity of 612 windmill towers a year. The promoters are Nimesh Rameshbhai Vashi, Ayush Nimish Vashi, Bhavin Navinchandra Desai, and Bijal Nimesh Vashi.
Total borrowings stood at Rs 55.11 crore as of March 31, 2025. The IPO is a book-built SME issue of up to 65,85,600 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, comprising a fresh issue of up to 52.84 lakh shares and an offer for sale of up to 13 lakh shares by selling shareholders, with a price band of Rs 257 to Rs 270 per share, proposed for listing on NSE Emerge. As per the DRHP, net proceeds from the fresh issue are proposed to be used for repayment or prepayment of borrowings (about Rs 54 crore), capital expenditure toward installation of additional plant and machinery (about Rs 9.89 crore), and general corporate purposes.
