H.R.Hygiene Products Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited company in July 2016 and converted to a public limited company in February 2025. It is based in Rajkot, Gujarat, and works in the personal hygiene products manufacturing sector.
The company manufactures and markets hygiene products, primarily sanitary napkins along with baby diapers, under in-house brands including Femiss, Womanica, ElderFit, and Bloom Baby, addressing hygiene and personal care needs across segments from babies and young women to the elderly. The promoters are Hemal Babubhai Borsadiya, Rahul Kishorbhai Sheradia, Borsadiya Binita Hemalbhai, and Sheradia Parth Damjibhai.
On a restated basis, the company reported revenue of Rs 115.01 crore and profit after tax of Rs 9.09 crore in FY25, compared with revenue of Rs 82.71 crore and profit of Rs 5.03 crore in FY24. The IPO is a book-built SME issue of about Rs 54 crore, comprising a fresh issue of about Rs 40 crore and an offer for sale of about Rs 11 crore, with a price band of Rs 83 to Rs 88 per share of face value Rs 10 each, proposed for listing on BSE SME. As per the DRHP, a majority of the fresh issue proceeds (about Rs 26.63 crore) are proposed to be used for setting up a new manufacturing facility, with the balance for other object(s) stated in the offer document.
