Dhaval Packaging Limited was incorporated as Dhaval Packaging Private Limited in November 2015 and is headquartered in Sanand, Ahmedabad district, Gujarat. It works in the rigid plastic packaging manufacturing sector.
The company designs and manufactures plastic packaging products, with its main product line being In-Mold Labelling (IML) containers used in categories such as dairy, sweets, ice cream, bakery, and ready-to-eat foods, and pipe protection plastic caps used in industrial applications including oil and gas and infrastructure. It operates three manufacturing facilities in Sanand and holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certifications. Manish Nanalal Dagla is the Chairman and Managing Director, with Dhaval Nanalal Dagla, Shah Aalpa Dipak, Jigar Harivadan Contractor, and Jigar Manubhai Shah as co-promoters.
On a restated basis, the company reported revenue of Rs 52.43 crore and profit of Rs 6.04 crore in FY25, compared with revenue of Rs 48.08 crore and profit of Rs 1.55 crore in FY24. The IPO is a book-built SME issue of up to 37,48,800 fresh equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, proposed for listing on BSE SME. As per the DRHP, net proceeds are proposed to be used for part-financing a new manufacturing facility at Sanand, Ahmedabad (about Rs 27.19 crore), repayment or prepayment of certain secured borrowings (about Rs 3.95 crore), and general corporate purposes.
