Annu Projects Limited was incorporated in June 2003 and is headquartered in New Delhi. It works as an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company focused on utility infrastructure.
The company designs, develops, implements and maintains overhead and underground utility infrastructure across telecom, sewerage and gas pipeline verticals, and has more recently added railway signalling. In telecom, it surveys, designs and installs optical fibre cable networks and tower infrastructure, and has laid over 26,200 km of OFC networks while maintaining more than 62,800 km, as per the DRHP. In sewerage, it undertakes pipe laying, sewage treatment plants, pumping stations and drainage works. Its gas pipeline business covers MDPE pipeline laying and domestic gas connections for city gas distribution companies. Its customers include Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Bharat Broadband Network Limited, A2Z Infra Engineering Limited, G R Infraprojects Limited, Indraprastha Gas Limited, Gujarat Gas Limited and GAIL India Limited. The promoters are Sanjay Kumar Sarraf and Krishna Ranjan.
Telecom and sewerage were the largest revenue contributors in FY2026, at 41.5% and 52.7% respectively, of total revenue of Rs 241.25 crore for the period, as per the DRHP. The IPO is a mainboard issue on the NSE and BSE, comprising a fresh issue of up to 2.2 crore equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, with no offer for sale. Net proceeds are proposed to be used for capital expenditure on machinery and equipment (about Rs 15.41 crore), funding working capital requirements (about Rs 115 crore), and general corporate purposes.
