Hy-Tech Engineers Limited was incorporated in 1978 and is headquartered in Thane, Maharashtra. It works in the engineering sector, designing and manufacturing hydraulic fittings and precision engineering products.
The company produces hydraulic fittings including DIN-metric fittings, JIC flared and flareless fittings, conversion adaptors, O-ring face-seal fittings, mesh fittings and soft-seal fittings, along with hose adaptors, offering more than 10,000 product varieties. Its manufacturing units are located at Kavathe, Shirwal and Pithampur. Customers include OEMs and industrial buyers across sectors such as agriculture, construction, material handling and aerospace, with the company also entering the defence and railways segments after securing IRIS certification and DRDO approval. It sells through direct sales as well as a distributor network, and exports form part of its revenue. The promoters are Hemant Tukaram Mondkar, Surekha Hemant Mondkar and Ashwin Hemant Mondkar.
Revenue rose from Rs 793.36 crore in FY23 to Rs 955.32 crore in FY24 and Rs 1,056.31 crore in FY25, as per the DRHP. The IPO is a mainboard issue on the NSE and BSE, comprising a fresh issue of shares aggregating up to Rs 70 crore and an offer for sale of up to 1.19 crore equity shares by the promoters. Net proceeds from the fresh issue are proposed to be used for capital expenditure at the Kavathe, Shirwal and Pithampur Unit-I facilities (about Rs 31.98 crore), repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings (about Rs 18 crore), and general corporate purposes.
