Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises Limited (BEL), one of India's leading real estate developers, whose hospitality business dates back to 2004. It is headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and works in the hospitality sector as a hotel owner and developer, primarily across South India.
The company owns and operates a portfolio of nine hotels with 1,604 keys across Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Mysuru and GIFT City, spanning midscale to upper-upscale segments. Its properties are operated by global hospitality majors including Marriott, Accor and InterContinental Hotels Group, and offer fine dining, banqueting and meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) facilities. As of March 2025, it was the second-largest owner of chain-affiliated hotels and rooms in South India among private hotel asset owners with over 500 keys, and reported average occupancy of 64.5% in FY25. Bengaluru hotels alone contributed about 63% of revenue in FY24. The promoter is Brigade Enterprises Limited.
Revenue rose to Rs 470.68 crore in FY25 from Rs 404.85 crore in FY24, while profit after tax declined to Rs 23.66 crore in FY25 from Rs 31.14 crore in FY24, as per the RHP. The IPO was a mainboard book-built issue of about Rs 759.60 crore on the NSE and BSE, structured entirely as a fresh issue of equity shares, priced at Rs 85-90 per share, and it listed on 31 July 2025. Net proceeds were earmarked for repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings of the company and its subsidiary SRP Prosperita Hotel Ventures (about Rs 468.14 crore), payment for an undivided share of land purchased from promoter BEL (about Rs 107.52 crore), and inorganic growth through unidentified acquisitions along with general corporate purposes.
