GNG Electronics Limited was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. It works in the technology refurbishment sector as a refurbisher of laptops, desktops and other ICT devices.
The company sources, refurbishes, sells and provides after-sale support and warranty services for used ICT devices under its "Electronics Bazaar" brand, and is India's largest Microsoft Authorised Refurbisher by refurbishing capability, according to an ILattice report cited in the DRHP. It follows a repair-over-replacement model and also offers IT asset disposal and e-waste management services. As of March 2025, its sales network spanned 4,154 touchpoints across 38 countries, and its customers include IT solutions providers, system integrators, e-tailers, and OEM and retail partners such as HP, Lenovo and Vijay Sales for device buybacks. The promoters are Sharad Khandelwal and Vidhi Sharad Khandelwal, who together held about 18.5% of the company, alongside major shareholder Amiable Electronics Private Limited.
Revenue rose to Rs 1,138 crore in FY24, with net profit of Rs 52.3 crore, as per the DRHP. The IPO was a mainboard book-built issue of about Rs 460.43 crore on the NSE and BSE, comprising a fresh issue of Rs 450 crore and an offer for sale of up to 51 lakh equity shares by the promoters and Amiable Electronics Private Limited, and it listed in July 2025. Net proceeds from the fresh issue were earmarked for prepayment or repayment of certain outstanding borrowings of the company and its material subsidiary, Electronics Bazaar FZC (about Rs 320 crore), and general corporate purposes.
