Capillary Technologies India Limited was incorporated in 2008 and is headquartered in Bengaluru. It works in the software sector as a SaaS company offering AI-based, cloud-native products for customer loyalty and engagement.
The company's product suite includes a loyalty management platform (Loyalty+), a customer engagement and marketing automation platform (Engage+), a predictive analytics platform (Insights+), a rewards management platform (Rewards+) and a customer data platform. These are used by enterprise customers across sectors such as retail, FMCG and hospitality to run loyalty programmes and personalised marketing through channels including SMS, email and push notifications. The company has a presence across the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and other Asian countries. Its promoter is Capillary Technologies International Pte Ltd.
Revenue from operations was Rs 598 crore in FY25, up from Rs 525 crore in FY24 and Rs 255 crore in FY23, with the company returning to profit in FY25 at Rs 13.28 crore after losses of Rs 59.38 crore in FY24 and Rs 87.72 crore in FY23, as per the RHP. The IPO was a mainboard book-built issue of up to Rs 877.50 crore on the NSE and BSE, comprising a fresh issue of up to Rs 345 crore and an offer for sale of up to Rs 532.50 crore, and it listed on 21 November 2025. Net proceeds from the fresh issue were proposed for funding cloud infrastructure costs (about Rs 120 crore), research, design and development of products and platforms (about Rs 151.54 crore), purchase of computer systems (about Rs 10.32 crore), and unidentified acquisitions along with general corporate purposes.
