Coreintegra Consulting Services Limited was originally incorporated as Coreintegra Consulting Services Private Limited on April 2, 2009, and was converted into a public limited company on October 14, 2024. It is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and works in the human resource and compliance services sector.
The company is an integrated human resource solutions provider offering staffing, payroll outsourcing, labour law compliance, HR advisory and vendor management, alongside proprietary HR-Tech and Reg-Tech platforms. It operates across five verticals: HR Services, Vendor Management, Compliance & Advisory, Reg Tech and HR Tech Solutions. Its proprietary platforms include CoreX and Core Pay for HR Tech, and Ctrl-F and Core-PFT for Reg Tech, maintained by a 30-member in-house IT team on a SaaS model. Between FY23 and FY25, the company served over 385 clients across more than 30 industries in 23 states and 4 union territories, supported by 7 branch offices. Its customer base is concentrated, with the top 5 clients contributing 88.03% of revenue in FY25 and the largest client accounting for 54.06%.
Revenue from operations rose to Rs 515.15 crore in FY26 from Rs 404.39 crore in FY25, while profit after tax stood at Rs 3.53 crore in FY25. This is an SME IPO, proposed to be listed on the NSE Emerge platform, with subscription opening September 23, 2026. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of up to 35,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, with no offer-for-sale component, at a price band of Rs 74 to Rs 78 per share, aggregating to about Rs 21.99 crore. Marwadi Chandarana Intermediaries Brokers Private Limited is the book running lead manager and Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited is the registrar of the issue.
