Roopa Screen Limited was originally incorporated as Roopa Screen Private Limited on April 12, 2013, and was converted into a public limited company on June 2, 2025. It is headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and works in the textile printing equipment component sector.
The company manufactures rotary nickel screens, cylindrical perforated metal screens that act as stencils in rotary screen-printing machines used by textile manufacturers for continuous fabric printing. Its product range includes four variants, Standard, Delta, Penta and Nova, offered in varied mesh counts, thicknesses and repeat sizes to suit different printing needs, from fine detailing to heavy paste flow and background coverage. It also trades in nickel cathodes, a key raw material for its manufacturing process. Manufacturing is carried out at its facility in Ahmedabad, equipped with in-house laboratory and quality control infrastructure. In FY25, the company supplied its screens to over 200 customers across India, with major sales in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Haryana, Punjab and Tamil Nadu. The company is promoted by Ghanshyambhai Ranchhodbhai Thakkar, Kunal Ghanshyambhai Thakker, Bhartiben Ghanshyambhai Thakkar and Preksha Kunal Thakkar.
This is an SME IPO, proposed to be listed on the BSE SME platform. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of up to 29,20,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, at a price band of Rs 60 to Rs 64 per share, aggregating to about Rs 19.2 crore. Seren Capital Private Limited is the book running lead manager and Bigshare Services Private Limited is the registrar of the issue.
