Eventions Limited is headquartered in Gurgaon, Haryana, and works in the corporate events sector, operating in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) industry.
The company plans, coordinates and executes corporate events, conferences, incentive travel programmes, training conclaves, product launches, brand activations and virtual events for corporate clients and institutions. Its services include coordination of venues, travel, accommodation, logistics and on-site execution, delivered through an asset-light model that relies on hospitality providers, destination management companies, logistics partners and event production vendors. Between FY23 and September 2025, it executed 99 high-value events with individual billing exceeding Rs 50 lakh each, serving more than 50 corporate clients across sectors including banking, insurance and FMCG, with assignments spanning India and international destinations such as Spain, France, Switzerland, Singapore and the UAE. As of September 2025, it had 33 employees. The promoters are Cristoo Arora and Ravi Rajak.
The company reported revenue of Rs 100.62 crore for the year ended March 2026, up from Rs 88.02 crore in the year ended March 2025, with profit after tax of Rs 7.72 crore in FY2026, up from Rs 5.13 crore in FY2025, as per the DRHP. The IPO is an SME book-built issue of about Rs 38.12 crore on the NSE Emerge platform, structured entirely as a fresh issue of 32,30,400 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, with no offer for sale, priced at Rs 112-118 per share, with subscription scheduled for September 30 to October 5, 2026 and a tentative listing date of October 8, 2026. Net proceeds from the fresh issue are proposed to be used for repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings, investment in a subsidiary, funding working capital requirements, and general corporate purposes.
