Paramount Syntex Limited was established in 1996 and was converted into a public limited company in July 2024. It works in the textile manufacturing sector, producing synthetic fibres and yarns.
The company manufactures synthetic fibres, dyed fibres and various types of yarns, including acrylic, polyester, wool, nylon and blended yarns, operating an integrated setup covering fibre processing, tow dyeing, hank dyeing, spinning, bulking and packing, supported by in-house research and quality control. It also produces acrylic fibre from waste fibre sourced domestically and from Thailand. Its manufacturing facility is located at Mangarh, Kohara, Ludhiana, Punjab, spanning about 7,268.73 square yards, and serves customers in the textile industry, including applications in apparel and home textiles. The promoters are Punit Arora and Kumkum Arora.
Revenue rose to Rs 122.51 crore in FY26 from Rs 112.72 crore in FY25, with profit after tax rising to Rs 13.87 crore in FY26 from Rs 6.73 crore in FY25, as per the RHP. The IPO is an SME book-built issue of about Rs 82 crore on the BSE SME platform, structured entirely as a fresh issue of equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, with no offer for sale, priced at Rs 119-127 per share, with subscription scheduled for September 30 to October 6, 2026 and a tentative listing date of October 9, 2026. Net proceeds from the fresh issue are proposed to be used for capital expenditure towards purchase of machinery at existing facilities (about Rs 61.7 crore), with the balance for general corporate purposes.
