VANS Electroengineerings Limited was incorporated in February 2022 and is headquartered at Salem, Tamil Nadu, with a corporate office in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. It works in the electrical equipment sector, manufacturing components for railway electrification and traction power systems.
The company is an ISO 9001:2015-certified manufacturer of vacuum circuit breakers (VCBs) and vacuum interrupters (VIs), including single-pole and double-pole variants, used in traction substations, sectioning posts, feeding posts and other railway electrification systems, along with applications in metro systems and renewable energy infrastructure. Its products have been tested at international labs including KERI in South Korea and CPRI in Bengaluru, and it holds approvals from the Research Designs and Standards Organisation (RDSO) and the Central Organisation for Railway Electrification. It manufactures from a facility in Salem, Tamil Nadu, and supplies primarily to Indian Railways and railway electrification contractors. The company is led by Balakrishnan Srinivasan as Chairman and Joint Managing Director, and the promoters are Balakrishnan Srinivasan, Viraj Bansal, Abhishek Saraff, Nitin Jain, Pooja Bansal and Hotspot Infodot Private Limited.
Revenue rose to Rs 23.19 crore in FY26 from Rs 13.82 crore in FY25, with profit after tax rising to Rs 5.39 crore in FY26 from Rs 1.73 crore in FY25, as per the DRHP. The IPO is an SME book-built issue of about Rs 34 crore on the BSE SME platform, comprising a fresh issue of 28,80,000 equity shares, priced at Rs 112-118 per share, with subscription scheduled for September 29 to October 1, 2026 and a tentative listing date of October 7, 2026. Net proceeds from the fresh issue are proposed to be used for meeting working capital requirements (about Rs 25 crore), with the balance for general corporate purposes.
