Globe Civil Projects Limited was incorporated in 2002 and is headquartered in New Delhi. It works in the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) sector.
The company undertakes infrastructure and non-infrastructure construction projects across transport and logistics, social and commercial infrastructure, and residential and commercial buildings, and has diversified from an initial focus on educational institution construction into railway bridges, airport terminals, elevated railway stations, and hospitals. It has executed projects across 11 Indian states including Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Delhi, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Rajasthan, completing 37 projects with 12 ongoing as of August 2024. It relies significantly on contracts from the Central Public Works Department (CPWD), which accounted for 29.77% of revenue from its construction project receipts segment in FY24. As of August 31, 2024, its order book stood at Rs 892.94 crore across 14 projects, and it had 112 permanent employees. The promoters are Ved Prakash Khurana, Vipul Khurana, and Nipun Khurana.
Revenue from operations rose from Rs 233.35 crore in FY23 to Rs 332.2 crore in FY24, a 42.4% increase, while profit after tax rose from Rs 4.85 crore to Rs 15.38 crore over the same period. The IPO was a mainboard, book-built issue of Rs 119 crore, comprising 1,67,60,560 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, listed on the BSE and NSE. As per the RHP, net proceeds were proposed to be used for funding working capital requirements, purchase of construction equipment and machinery, and general corporate purposes.
