Jindal Supreme (India) Limited was originally incorporated as Janak Steel Tubes Private Limited on March 5, 1974, in Haryana, and was converted into a public limited company in September 2025. It is headquartered in Hisar, Haryana, and works in the steel pipes and tubes manufacturing sector.
The company manufactures and supplies steel products including mild steel black pipes and tubes, galvanised pipes and tubes, metal beam crash barriers (W-Beam and Thrie-Beam), and galvanised iron tubular poles. These products serve industries such as water supply and plumbing, infrastructure, road and highway construction, bridges, oil and gas, chemicals and agriculture. It operates an integrated manufacturing facility in Hisar, catering to both government and private customers through a dealer network of 53 as of December 31, 2025, along with direct institutional sales. The company was founded by the late Madan Lal Jindal and is currently led by promoter Abhishek Jindal, his grandson, through promoter group entity VVJ Enterprise Private Limited (formerly J J Jindal Infin Private Limited).
Revenue fell to Rs 586.4 crore in FY25 from Rs 645.4 crore in FY24, while profit nearly doubled to Rs 24.26 crore in FY25 from Rs 12.87 crore in FY24. For the nine months ended December 2025, the company reported revenue of Rs 489.65 crore and profit of Rs 16.3 crore. This is a mainboard IPO comprising a fresh issue of up to 1,07,41,149 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, along with an offer for sale of up to 26,86,851 equity shares by promoter group entity VVJ Enterprise Private Limited, proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE. Net proceeds from the fresh issue are proposed to be used for repayment of certain outstanding borrowings, with the balance for general corporate purposes. Sarthi Capital Advisors Private Limited is the book running lead manager and Bigshare Services Private Limited is the registrar of the issue.
