Om Freight Forwarders Limited was incorporated as Om Freight Forwarders Private Limited on June 16, 1995, in Mumbai, and converted into a public limited company on July 25, 2024. It is headquartered in Mumbai and works in the third-party logistics (3PL) sector.
The company is a third-generation logistics service provider offering international freight forwarding, customs clearance, vessel agency services, multimodal transportation, warehousing and distribution. It serves customers across industries including minerals, mining and steel, coal, oil and gas, energy and power, FMCG, and EPC and infrastructure. In FY25, the company handled a total cargo volume of 66.86 million tonnes and 1,16,457 TEUs of containerised cargo, and served 1,715 clients, with 802 repeat customers contributing 75.34% of operational revenue. It operates 28 branches across India, with a global presence spanning over 700 destinations, and owns a fleet of 135 commercial vehicles and equipment including cranes, forklifts, trailers and vessels. It holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications and memberships with IATA, FIATA, WCA and MTO. The company is promoted by Rahul Jagannath Joshi, Harmesh Rahul Joshi and Kamesh Rahul Joshi.
Revenue rose to Rs 494.05 crore in FY25 from Rs 421.32 crore in FY24 and Rs 493.35 crore in FY23, while profit after tax rose to Rs 21.99 crore in FY25 from Rs 10.35 crore in FY24, down from Rs 27.16 crore in FY23. This was a mainboard IPO, listed on the NSE and BSE, comprising a fresh issue of up to 18,10,074 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each aggregating to about Rs 24.44 crore, along with an offer for sale of up to 72,50,000 equity shares by the promoter selling shareholders aggregating to about Rs 97.88 crore, at a price band of Rs 128 to Rs 135 per share, taking the total issue size to about Rs 122.31 crore. Of the fresh issue proceeds, Rs 17.145 crore was earmarked for capital expenditure toward purchase of commercial vehicles and heavy equipment, with the balance for general corporate purposes.
