Stallion India Fluorochemicals Limited was incorporated as a private limited company in Mumbai on September 5, 2002, and converted to a public limited company in October 2023. It works in the fluorochemicals and industrial gases sector.
The company is engaged in debulking, blending, and processing refrigerant and industrial gases, and sells pre-filled cans and small cylinders of these gases, along with developing custom gas blends for industrial applications. Its products, including hydrocarbons, hydrofluorocarbons, and hydrofluoroolefins, are used across industries such as air conditioning and refrigeration, semiconductor manufacturing, automotive, fire fighting, pharmaceuticals, and glass bottle manufacturing. The company operates four manufacturing facilities, in Khalapur and Panvel (both in Raigad district, Maharashtra), Ghiloth, Alwar (Rajasthan), and Manesar, Gurugram (Haryana). Its top 10 customers accounted for 77.32% of revenue as of September 30, 2024. Shazad Sheriar Rustomji is the promoter.
Revenue from operations rose from Rs 185.88 crore in FY22 to Rs 225.50 crore in FY23 to Rs 233.23 crore in FY24, while profit after tax rose to Rs 14.78 crore in FY24, up 51.58% from FY23. The IPO was a mainboard, book-built issue of up to 2,21,61,396 equity shares at a price band of Rs 85 to Rs 90 per share, listed on the BSE and NSE. As per the RHP, net proceeds from the fresh issue were proposed to be used for funding capital expenditure for its semiconductor and specialty gas debulking and blending facility, and its refrigerant debulking and blending facility.
