Studds Accessories Limited was incorporated in 1983 and is headquartered in Faridabad, Haryana. It works in the two-wheeler accessories sector, manufacturing helmets and related riding gear.
The company designs, manufactures and markets helmets under the "Studds" (mass-market) and "SMK" (premium) brands, along with two-wheeler luggage, gloves, helmet security guards, rain suits, riding jackets and eyewear sold under the Studds brand. It operates four manufacturing facilities, all located in Faridabad, with an annual capacity of about 9 million units, and sells through a distributor network as well as OEM partnerships with two-wheeler makers including Honda, Yamaha and Royal Enfield. It also exports to more than 70 countries. The promoters are Madhu Bhushan Khurana, Sidhartha Bhushan Khurana and Chand Khurana.
Revenue from operations rose from Rs 499.17 crore in FY23 to Rs 529.02 crore in FY24 and Rs 583.82 crore in FY25, with profit after tax increasing from Rs 33.15 crore in FY23 to Rs 57.23 crore in FY24 and Rs 69.64 crore in FY25, as per the RHP. The IPO was a mainboard book-built issue on the NSE and BSE, structured entirely as an offer for sale of up to 77,86,120 equity shares (about Rs 455.49 crore), priced at Rs 557-585 per share, and it listed on 7 November 2025. As the offer was entirely an offer for sale, the company did not receive any proceeds from the issue; the stated objective was to achieve the benefits of listing the equity shares.
