Technocraft Ventures Limited was incorporated in October 1998 as Technocraft Construction Private Limited. Its registered office is in Shakarpur, New Delhi, with a corporate headquarters in Noida. It works in the infrastructure engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) sector.
The company executes turnkey EPC contracts across segments including wastewater treatment, operation and maintenance of public utilities, water supply schemes, electrical transmission and distribution, substations, roads and highways, micro tunneling, and urban development. It operates on a tender-based model, executing projects mainly for central and state governments and related agencies in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, and Delhi, and has worked on programs such as AMRUT, JNNURM, Namami Gange, the Jal Jeevan Mission, PMGSY, and UIDSST, along with projects funded by the Asian Development Bank. As of June 30, 2025, its order book for ongoing projects stood at Rs 685.83 crore, with a further Rs 383.86 crore of projects under joint ventures. The promoters are Sanjay Tyagi, Rekha Tyagi, Kartikey Tyagi, Sanjay Tyagi HUF, and Kartikey Constructions.
On a restated basis, revenue from operations rose to Rs 279.56 crore in FY25 from Rs 226.10 crore in FY24, while profit after tax rose to Rs 28.20 crore from Rs 19.05 crore over the same period. The IPO is a mainboard, book-built issue comprising a fresh issue of 95,05,000 equity shares and an offer for sale of up to 23,76,000 equity shares by promoter selling shareholder Kartikey Constructions, proposed for listing on the BSE and NSE. As per the DRHP, about Rs 138 crore from the fresh issue proceeds is proposed to be used for working capital requirements, with the balance for general corporate purposes.
