ArMee Infotech Limited was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. It works in the IT infrastructure and managed services sector, is sector-agnostic, and focuses mainly on government and public sector undertaking (PSU) projects.
The company provides IT hardware and software supply, installation, integration and maintenance services, along with functional training for client transitions. Its projects include setting up ICT labs and smart classrooms, building digital infrastructure for the public distribution system, mobile workforce management systems, and digitalisation of primary agriculture credit societies, undertaken under government initiatives such as E-Gram Vishwagram and Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan. It has also diversified into retail sales and renewable energy, alongside its core government and PSU-focused IT business, and serves clients across sectors including education, healthcare, and banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI). The promoters are Ami Ridhish Patel, Kiritkumar Chimanbhai Patel and Ridhish Kiritbhai Patel, who together held about 92.72% of the company before the offer.
Revenue rose by about 7% and profit after tax by about 9% between FY25 and FY26, as per the DRHP. The IPO is a mainboard book-built issue of Rs 300 crore on the NSE and BSE, structured entirely as a fresh issue of equity shares with no offer for sale, with subscription scheduled for September 23-25, 2026 and a tentative listing date of September 30, 2026. Net proceeds from the fresh issue are proposed to be used for augmenting working capital requirements, repayment or prepayment of certain outstanding borrowings, and general corporate purposes, as detailed in the DRHP.
