Elevate Campuses Limited was incorporated in 2005 and works in the education infrastructure sector, owning, operating and managing on-campus student accommodation and K-12 school assets.
The company runs its student accommodation business under the "Good Host Spaces" and "ScholarZ" brands, alongside a portfolio of K-12 school assets. As of August 31, 2025, its owned portfolio comprised five student accommodation campuses with 16,934 beds and 16 K-12 assets across eight Indian cities, plus two K-12 assets in Dubai, while its managed portfolio added 14 student accommodation campuses with 49,338 beds, together serving a capacity of 94,758 students across 20 Indian cities and one city in the UAE. According to a CBRE report cited in the DRHP, it is India's largest institutionalised and independent platform in this category by student capacity. The company is promoted by Genius Bidco Holdings Pte. Ltd. and Genius Rajkot Investment Holdings Pte., part of an ownership chain ultimately controlled by Singapore-based Hillhouse Investment funds.
Revenue from operations rose to Rs 369.81 crore in FY25 from Rs 347 crore in FY24, with EBITDA rising to Rs 259.32 crore in FY25 from Rs 220.13 crore in FY24, as per the DRHP filed on September 28, 2025. The IPO is a mainboard issue of about Rs 2,550 crore on the NSE and BSE, structured entirely as a fresh issue of equity shares with no offer for sale. Net proceeds are proposed to be used for repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings (Rs 750 crore), acquisition of K-12 entities and campuses, and inorganic growth through further acquisitions, strategic initiatives and general corporate purposes.
