Atlanta Electricals Limited was incorporated in December 1988 and is headquartered in Anand, Gujarat. It works in the power equipment sector, manufacturing power, auto and inverter-duty transformers.
The company's product portfolio spans power transformers, inverter-duty transformers, furnace transformers, generator transformers and other special-duty transformers, supplying to state and national electricity grids, private companies and renewable energy projects across 19 states and three union territories. As of FY25, it operated four manufacturing facilities, mainly in Gujarat, with about 98% capacity utilisation, and served 208 customers including GETCO, Adani Green Energy, Tata Power and O2 Power, with its top 10 customers accounting for about 74% of revenue. It holds pre-qualifications with Power Grid Corporation of India Limited and the Ministry of Railways. The promoters are Krupeshbhai Narharibhai Patel, Niral Krupeshbhai Patel, Amish Krupeshbhai Patel and Tanmay Surendrabhai Patel, along with related family trusts.
Revenue rose from Rs 873.9 crore in FY23 to Rs 1,244.2 crore in FY25 (having dipped to Rs 867.5 crore in FY24), with net profit rising from Rs 87.6 crore in FY23 to Rs 118.9 crore in FY25 (after a dip to Rs 63.6 crore in FY24), as per the RHP. The IPO was a mainboard book-built issue of about Rs 687.34 crore on the NSE and BSE, comprising a fresh issue of Rs 400 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 287.34 crore by the promoters and other selling shareholders, priced at Rs 718-754 per share, and it listed on 29 September 2025. Net proceeds from the fresh issue were earmarked for repayment or prepayment of certain outstanding borrowings and general corporate purposes.
