Seshaasai Technologies Limited was originally incorporated as Seshasai Business Forms Private Limited on September 17, 1993, at Mumbai, and was later renamed Seshaasai Business Forms Limited and subsequently Seshaasai Technologies Limited as part of a corporate rebranding on November 25, 2024. It is headquartered in Mumbai and works in the BFSI technology solutions sector.
The company provides technology-driven solutions in payments, communication and fulfilment services, primarily for banks, financial services and insurance companies, along with IoT solutions for customers across other industries. It operates through 24 self-sustaining manufacturing units across seven locations in India, equipped with proprietary platforms and specialised machinery. The company is promoted by Pragnyat Pravin Lalwani, who serves as Chairman and Managing Director, and Gautam Sampatraj Jain, Whole-time Director, both associated with the company since its inception in 1993.
Revenue rose to Rs 1,558.26 crore in FY24 from Rs 1,146.30 crore in FY23, up 35.9%, while gross profit rose to Rs 570.35 crore in FY24 from Rs 400.91 crore in FY23. This was a mainboard IPO, listed on the NSE and BSE, comprising a fresh issue of equity shares of face value Rs 10 each aggregating up to Rs 600 crore, along with an offer for sale of up to 78,74,000 equity shares by promoters Pragnyat Pravin Lalwani and Gautam Sampatraj Jain, each selling up to 39,37,000 shares. Of the fresh issue proceeds, funds were earmarked for expanding manufacturing facilities, increasing production capacity, and repaying or prepaying certain borrowings, with the balance for general corporate purposes.
