iValue InfoSolutions Limited was incorporated in 2008 and is headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka. It works in the enterprise technology sector, providing solutions for securing and managing digital applications and data.
The company acts as a technology aggregator, curating purpose-built solutions across cybersecurity, information lifecycle management, hybrid cloud, application lifecycle management and data centre infrastructure, working with system integrators and OEMs to help large enterprises manage their digital transformation. Its OEM network grew from 93 partners in FY23 to 109 in FY25, including OEMs such as Splunk, Nutanix and Google Cloud, while its system integrator network expanded from 567 to 804 partners over the same period, with customers growing from 1,804 to 2,877. The company operates from eight offices in India, alongside operations in Singapore, the UAE, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Cambodia and Kenya, and maintains a warehouse in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra near Nhava Sheva Port. The promoters are Sunil Kumar Pillai (Chairman and Managing Director), Krishna Raj Sharma and Srinivasan Sriram.
Revenue from operations rose to Rs 922.68 crore in FY25 from Rs 780.23 crore in FY24, with profit after tax rising to Rs 85.30 crore in FY25 from Rs 70.57 crore in FY24, as per the RHP. The IPO was a mainboard book-built issue of about Rs 560.29 crore on the NSE and BSE, structured entirely as an offer for sale of 1,87,38,958 equity shares by existing shareholders, priced at Rs 284-299 per share, and it listed on 25 September 2025. As the offer was entirely an offer for sale, the company did not receive any proceeds from the issue, with the entire amount going to the selling shareholders.
