ENS Enterprises Limited was incorporated in January 2016 and is headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. It works in the digital commerce and information technology services sector.
The company operates as an e-commerce and web development agency, providing end-to-end digital commerce enablement and software solutions. It serves clients across more than 12 countries, including India, the US, the UK, Japan, Singapore, and Canada, working with corporations, SMEs, and government initiatives, and has a team of about 140 professionals.
As per the DRHP, the company's revenue roughly tripled in FY25. The IPO is a book-built SME issue consisting entirely of a fresh issue of up to 36,02,400 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, proposed for listing on BSE SME. As per the DRHP, about Rs 17.02 crore from the net proceeds is proposed to be used for enhancement, maintenance, and upgradation of existing products through manpower hiring, with the balance for other objects stated in the offer document.
