Technocrats Plasma Systems Limited was originally incorporated as Technocrat Plasma Systems Private Limited on November 1, 1994, and converted to a public limited company in October 2025. It is headquartered in Palghar, Maharashtra, and works in the industrial engineering and plasma-based equipment manufacturing sector.
The company designs, engineers, and manufactures plasma cutting machines, welding equipment, laser-based fabrication systems, and industrial automation solutions for the metal fabrication industry, along with plasma-based surface treatment and coating solutions. Its offerings cover product design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, technical consultancy, lifecycle maintenance, and retrofit services, serving industries including automotive, heavy engineering, infrastructure, shipbuilding, defence, oil and gas, nuclear energy, and general manufacturing. The promoters are Arun Kumar and Vandana Sharma, who together held 86.96% of the pre-issue equity share capital.
The IPO is a book-built SME issue consisting entirely of a fresh issue of up to 46,20,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, proposed for listing on BSE SME. Price band and issue dates have not yet been announced.
