Fascinate Textiles Limited was established in 2017 and is based in Madhyamgram, North 24 Parganas, Kolkata, West Bengal. It works in the readymade garment manufacturing sector, with a focus on childrenswear.
The company manufactures knitted and woven apparel across infantwear, kidswear, menswear, and womenswear categories, supplying both domestic and international clients. It follows an order-driven model, manufacturing against confirmed orders, which the company states helps optimize working capital and reduce unsold inventory. Its manufacturing facility employs more than 185 people.
On a restated basis, revenue rose from Rs 21.85 crore in FY23 to Rs 28.88 crore in FY24 to Rs 60.25 crore in FY25, while profit after tax rose from Rs 0.36 crore to Rs 0.48 crore to Rs 5.81 crore over the same period. The IPO is a book-built SME issue comprising a fresh issue of up to 34.58 lakh equity shares and an offer for sale of up to 8.36 lakh equity shares, with a price band of Rs 148 to Rs 156 per share, proposed for listing on NSE Emerge. As per the DRHP, net proceeds from the fresh issue are proposed to be used for setting up a new production facility (about Rs 12.40 crore), funding working capital requirements (about Rs 19.03 crore), and repayment of debt (about Rs 2.68 crore), with the balance for general corporate purposes.
