Pramodini Medicare Limited was incorporated in 2000 and is based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. It works in the diagnostic services sector, offering technology-enabled diagnostics across radiology, clinical laboratory, and nuclear medicine.
The company provides radiology services such as MRI, CT scans, X-ray, ultrasound with colour doppler, mammography, DEXA scans, and interventional radiology, along with clinical laboratory testing and nuclear medicine services. It operates through four models: public-private partnerships with government institutions, private partnerships with hospitals, collaborations with public sector undertakings, and standalone private diagnostic centres, serving public and private hospitals, medical colleges, and diagnostic centres across tier I, II, and III cities. As of its DRHP filing, the company operated 15 diagnostic centres across 6 states. Chalasani Kuldeep Kumar and Chalasani Kavitha are among the promoters, along with Sri Ram Medicare Private Limited.
On a restated basis, revenue rose to Rs 38.2 crore in FY25 from Rs 35.2 crore in FY24, while profit rose to Rs 10.04 crore from Rs 5.76 crore over the same period. For the nine months ended December 2025, the company reported revenue of Rs 44.4 crore and profit of Rs 12.5 crore. The IPO is a book-built SME issue of up to 58,51,200 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, comprising a fresh issue of up to 53,50,800 shares and an offer for sale of up to 5,00,400 shares by the promoter selling shareholders, proposed for listing on NSE Emerge. As per the DRHP, about Rs 45.1 crore from the fresh issue proceeds is proposed to be used for purchase of medical equipment for existing and proposed diagnostic centres, with the balance for general corporate purposes and potential inorganic acquisitions.
