Sham Foam Limited was originally incorporated as Sham Foam Private Limited in Haryana on June 26, 2020, and converted to a public limited company in August 2024. Its registered office is in Ambala, Haryana. It works in the polyurethane (PU) foam manufacturing sector.
The company is an integrated manufacturer of PU foam and foam-based home comfort products, covering product design, manufacturing, and distribution, serving both consumer and industrial segments. Its product portfolio includes PU foam, mattresses, pillows, and cushioning solutions used in furniture, bedding, automotive, apparel, and filtration applications, with PU foam accounting for around 88-93% of total sales over FY23-FY25. The company operates a manufacturing facility in Haryana with an installed capacity of 15,000 tonnes per annum, and distributes through a network of more than 1,300 dealers across 13 states. The promoters are Rajinder Kumar Jindal, Sanjeev Kumar Jindal, Monica Jindal, Deepika Jindal, and Charming Fashions Private Limited.
The company reported revenue of about Rs 81.6 crore in FY25. The IPO is a book-built SME issue, proposed for listing on BSE SME. As per the DRHP, net proceeds are proposed to be used for capital expenditure toward civil construction and purchase of machinery and equipment at the existing manufacturing facility (about Rs 13.72 crore) and part-financing working capital requirements (about Rs 14.25 crore), with the balance for general corporate purposes.
