Nitya's Gems and Jewellery Limited makes lab-grown diamond-studded gold jewellery in India. The company handles design, manufacturing, and sales — supplying retailers on the wholesale side and selling directly to consumers through Ayaani Diamonds and Jewellery Private Limited, its retail subsidiary. Ayaani's catalogue covers rings, earrings, and necklaces, mostly aimed at everyday wear and occasional occasions.
Most jewellery companies either make things or sell things. Nitya does both, which lets them keep more margin than a pure manufacturer or a pure retailer would.
The focus on lab-grown diamonds isn't incidental. They're cheaper than mined stones and sidestep some of the sourcing concerns that have made younger buyers more cautious. Nitya pairs that with lightweight, fashion-forward designs — the kind of jewellery someone might actually wear to work rather than save for a wedding.
Everything is made in-house. That keeps turnaround times tighter and reduces dependency on outside vendors — something their B2B clients presumably care about when placing large repeat orders.
The revenue story is hard to ignore. FY23 brought in about ₹11.75 crore. FY25 came in at roughly ₹96.81 crore. That's a near-tenfold jump in two years, which suggests they found a real market and scaled into it faster than most companies manage.
