Acme India Industries Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited company in December 2021 in Delhi and converted into a public limited company in July 2024. It is headquartered in New Delhi and works in the railway components sector, providing interior furnishing and refurbishment solutions for train coaches.
The company undertakes turnkey coach furnishing and refurbishment work, including toilet upgradation, along with the supply of electrical and mechanical components for railway coaches. The company is led by Suraj Pandey as Managing Director and Sadhvi Pandey as Whole-time Director, who are also the promoters.
Revenue from operations was Rs 209.99 crore (consolidated) with profit after tax of about Rs 16.5 crore in FY25, as per the DRHP filed in October 2025. The IPO is an SME book-built issue of about Rs 121.69 crore on the BSE SME platform, comprising a fresh issue of about 54.07 lakh equity shares (about Rs 105.98 crore) and an offer for sale of about 8.02 lakh equity shares (about Rs 15.71 crore) by promoter Suraj Pandey, priced at Rs 186-196 per share, with subscription scheduled for September 30 to October 6, 2026.
