Omara Ventures India Limited was incorporated in October 2020 and is headquartered in Chandigarh. It works in the jewellery retail sector, selling diamond jewellery set in gold, platinum and silver.
The company operates a retail jewellery business selling diamond jewellery crafted with natural diamonds and precious and semi-precious gemstones, marketed under the brand "Omara" through its retail boutiques. The promoters are Samarth Jaiswal (Managing Director), Sunil Jaiswal (Whole-time Director) and Sadhna Jaiswal (Director).
Revenue was Rs 45.87 crore with profit after tax of Rs 9.36 crore, as per the latest financials cited in the DRHP filed with the BSE SME exchange on July 14, 2026. The IPO is an SME issue of up to 16,25,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, structured entirely as a fresh issue, priced at Rs 296-311 per share, aggregating to about Rs 41.99 crore, with subscription scheduled for September 30 to October 5, 2026. Net proceeds are proposed to be used for capital expenditure towards renovation and expansion of the jewellery boutique, marketing and promotional expenses to enhance local brand awareness of the "Omara" brand, repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings, funding long-term working capital requirements, and general corporate purposes.
